INITIATIVES

Both towers feature intricate, curved glass curtain wall facades. Hickory façade design, procurement and installation all coordinated in-house to ensure façade programme optimised.
The 9,000 square metre site is one of the largest to be developed in recent years. The heritage listed grounds feature 150-year-old elms listed on the National Trust of Australia's register of significant trees, requiring careful site coordination to ensure trees were protected throughout construction.
